Celtic jewelry is rich in history . the art of Celtic jewellery making is at its core an enchanting and magical one because of the mystery and meanings surrounding its designs. many people are unaware that Celtic jewelry is based upon a culture that existed many centuries ago. The Celts dominated Central and Western Europe for about 1000 years. Celtic designs are appreciated for their intricacy and beauty.

numerous patterns of Celtic origin, such as the spiral and the cross, are used by jewelers in their creations. there was a time i used to buy them that I found at accessory stores at the mall , but ! since the internet changes every aspect of our lives i am sitting next to my computer now , searching for beautiful pieces to purchase and adding them to my collection where there are many Celtic Jewelry or Silver jewellery designs available to choose from, so you can be sure to find a design that matches the taste and preferences you have ! Also, you will know that your Celtic will be both unique and sentimental.

it is certainly an excellent reason for anyone looking for jewelry to choose it over traditional jewelry pieces for their loved one.

For generations, people have known that a diamond is the hardest substance to be found on the face of the earth. And it does not matter where in the world a person lives, everyone is aware that a diamond is a highly treasured commodity . For generations, people have known that a diamond is the hardest substance to be found on the face of the earth. And it does not matter where in the world a person lives, everyone is aware that a diamond is a highly treasured commodity and valued in all countries and cultures. However, it is not as well known where diamonds come from and what it is that has made them so desired in all parts of the globe.

The mineral carbon slowly changes over eons under high pressure to become diamonds. Before a diamond takes shape, carbon is transformed by various reactions that transform it into precious stone. Historical records tell us that the first diamonds were found roughly 3000 years ago in India.

Since that time, diamonds have earned a reputation for their beauty and value, and are treasured by many as symbols of quality, wealth, magnificence, and even power. The word diamond is derived from Greek word “adamas,” which means unconquerable. Diamonds were once worn by ancient soldiers ready for combat because they denoted vigor, bravery, and invincibility. Using this example, you can see how the diamond has become an integral part of the culture, history, and lore of many countries. Mines found in the countries of central and southern Africa are the modern source for the majority of diamonds. However there are other regions where diamonds are still mined including Brazil, Australia, Canada, and Siberia. In fact, Siberia enjoys the reputation of having the world’s largest diamond mine.

If you’ve ever spent any time searching for diamond jewelry, you’ve certainly encountered the De Beers Company, since they have cornered a larger percentage of the diamond industry. De Beers has a reputation for bringing the best quality stones to the market, stones that conform to the strict quality standards they are expected to meet. De Beers has often been accused of dominating the world’s diamond markets. There is no denying that, of all the gems available, the diamond is still one of the most desired and treasured. High-end diamond jewelry instantaneously makes a strong statement about its wearer’s style and elegance. The diamond engagement ring is the accepted standard to symbolize love, romance, and commitment. Diamonds will vary a great deal in price based upon on the quality classification of the gem. Four aspects are considered when evaluating the diamond’s value. These four characteristics are the Four “C”s, and they are clarity, cut, color and carat.
